Pre-orders take approximately 1–4 weeks to process.

PLEASE NOTE: Processing and shipping times exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

Deiorcollection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking confirms delivery to the address entered at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Orders identified as high-risk or containing shipping and billing addresses that do not match may require identity and purchase verification before the order is fulfilled.

Exchanges/Returns:

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email Deiorcollection@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If eligible, we will assist you with a replacement.
